Welcome to HostVerseX ("HostVerseX", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing any product or service, or using our infrastructure, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
HostVerseX provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Web Hosting
- cPanel Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS and Server Services
- Domain Registration and Renewal
- SSL Certificates
- Email Hosting
- Website and Server-related services
- Other digital products and services offered through our website
Service specifications, resources, pricing, availability and features may vary by product.
2. Account Registration
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while creating an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Keeping your account information updated.
- All activity performed through your account.
- Informing HostVerseX immediately of unauthorized account access.
HostVerseX may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading or fraudulent information.
3. Payments
All services must be paid for according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Services are activated after successful payment verification.
- Renewal payments must be made before the service due date.
- Taxes, including applicable GST, may be charged separately.
- Promotional prices may apply only for the initial billing period.
- Renewal prices may differ from promotional prices.
4. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to the rules, policies and requirements of the applicable domain registry and registrar.
Once a domain registration, transfer or renewal has been successfully processed, it may not be cancellable or refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing correct domain information and complying with applicable domain registration requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
HostVerseX services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activities.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Phishing and credential theft
- Malware or virus distribution
- Spam and unsolicited bulk email
- Fraudulent websites
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal content
- Hacking or unauthorized access
- Cryptocurrency mining without written permission
- Attacks against networks or systems
- Hosting content that violates applicable laws
- Activities that negatively affect server stability or other customers
HostVerseX may suspend or terminate services involved in serious abuse or security threats.
6. Resource Usage
Shared hosting services are designed for normal website hosting.
Customers must not excessively consume CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network or other server resources in a manner that negatively affects other customers.
HostVerseX may request optimization, migration or upgrade when excessive resource usage is detected.
7. Backups
Where backups are advertised as part of a service, they are provided as an additional recovery mechanism and should not be considered a guaranteed replacement for customer-maintained backups.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own important data backups.
HostVerseX shall not be responsible for data loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Service Suspension
HostVerseX may temporarily suspend a service for:
- Non-payment
- Security threats
- Abuse
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal activity
- Excessive resource usage
- Spam or malicious activity
- Required maintenance or emergency security work
Where reasonably possible, customers may be notified before suspension.
9. Service Availability
HostVerseX aims to provide reliable service and may advertise an uptime target such as 99.9%.
However, uptime targets do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, attacks, force majeure events and circumstances outside HostVerseX's control may affect availability.
10. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a service through the HostVerseX client area.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
11. Refunds
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or promotion, payments for HostVerseX digital services are non-refundable.

12. Changes to Services and Pricing
HostVerseX reserves the right to modify service specifications, features and pricing.
Existing prepaid services will generally continue until the end of their current paid term, unless suspension or termination is required under these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All HostVerseX trademarks, logos, website designs, text, graphics and proprietary materials remain the property of HostVerseX or their respective owners.
Customers retain ownership of their own content and data.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HostVerseX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Termination
HostVerseX may terminate an account for material violations of these Terms, illegal activity, fraud, abuse, non-payment or serious security threats.
Upon termination, access to the affected services may be removed and data may become unavailable.
Customers are responsible for downloading their data before service termination where applicable.
16. Changes to Terms
HostVerseX may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
