Shipping & Delivery Policy
HostVerseX provides digital products and services. We do not normally ship physical products.
Digital Service Delivery
After successful payment verification, eligible services may be automatically or manually provisioned.
Depending on the product, delivery may include:
- Hosting account credentials
- cPanel access
- VPS/server credentials
- Domain registration
- SSL activation
- Email service activation
- License activation
- Digital downloads or configuration information
Service activation details are generally delivered to the customer's registered email address and/or made available through the HostVerseX client area.
Processing Time
Most automatically provisioned services may be activated shortly after successful payment.
Some orders may require manual verification, fraud checks, domain verification, provisioning or configuration. Such orders may take additional time.
Domain Registration
Domain registration depends on registry/registrar processing and availability.
A domain is not considered successfully delivered until registration has been confirmed by the relevant registrar/registry.
Incorrect Information
HostVerseX is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect email address
- Incorrect account information
- Full mailbox
- Customer-side email filtering
- Incorrect domain information
- Failure to access the client area
Customers should keep their contact details updated.
Physical Shipping
No physical shipping charges apply to standard HostVerseX digital services.
