Refund & Cancellation Policy
HostVerseX provides primarily digital and automatically provisioned services. Due to the nature of these services, payments are generally final.
1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable once a service has been provisioned, activated, registered, renewed or otherwise processed.
This includes, where applicable:
- Shared Hosting
- cPanel Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS
- Dedicated/Server Services
- Domain Registration
- Domain Transfer
- Domain Renewal
- SSL Certificates
- Email Services
- Setup Fees
- Add-ons
- Licenses
- Other digital services
2. Domain Services
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, because these transactions may involve third-party registries and registrars.
Customers should carefully verify the domain name before completing payment.
3. Hosting Services
Once a hosting account has been created or provisioned, the payment is generally non-refundable.
Changing your mind, choosing an unsuitable plan, unused resources or failure to use the service does not normally qualify for a refund.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same invoice, contact our billing team as soon as possible.
After verification, HostVerseX may, at its discretion, adjust the duplicate amount against another invoice or issue a refund where appropriate.
5. Failed Orders
If payment has been deducted but the order has not been successfully processed or provisioned, contact support with your transaction details.
After verification, HostVerseX may either complete the order or process an appropriate reversal/refund.
6. Fraudulent Transactions
Where a transaction is identified as unauthorized or fraudulent, HostVerseX may investigate the transaction and take appropriate action.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Refund Method
Where HostVerseX approves a refund, it may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to payment-provider procedures.
Processing time may depend on the payment gateway and banking system.
9. Cancellation
Customers can request service cancellation through the client area.
Cancellation only stops future renewals and does not automatically result in a refund for the unused portion of an existing billing period.
